FECON has systematically invested in R&D activities and applied advanced technology in foundation engineering to provide customers with comprehensive, optimal technical, and economical solutions for their foundations of construction works.

1. Pile supply and Piling works

FECON has a team of experienced and professionally trained engineers, applying advanced technologies in manufacturing and piling works. FECON is one of the few enterprises that has early researched and boldly invested in the production line of prestressed concrete spun piles with the largest diameter in Northern Vietnam by applying Japanese technology and standards since 2008. In particular, our signature FECON Pile prestressed concrete spun piles are manufactured at two FECON factories in Ha Nam and Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa provinces.

With prestige and quality, FECON has supplied and constructed various types of piles with different diameters in many big projects such as LG Factories (Hai Phong), Samsung Electronics Factories (Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, HCM City), Thai Binh 1, 2 Thermal Power Plant, Nghi Son Oil Refinery Plant, Hoa Phat - Dung Quat Steel Complex.

2. Bored pile and D-wall construction

In addition to applying advanced technology in piling works by diesel hammer, hydraulic pressing machine, and pre-boring method, FECON is also the leading contractor in the field of bored piles and D-walls with a variety of diameters and widths. Possessing modern and advanced construction equipment, suitable for all construction spaces, the quality of works performed by FECON always meets the most rigorous requirements

In particular, FECON has successfully completed the D-wall work at the Metro Lin 3 (Hanoi), in which the glass fiber reinforced polymer (softeyes) technology is applied for the first time in Vietnam

3. Soil improvement

FECON sets itself apart from competitors by offering value engineering and optimal solutions in the field of soft soil improvement, from soil investigation, testing, designing, and PVD manufacturing to executing and monitoring during construction and maintenance of the project.

FECON has successfully applied traditional methods such as sand compaction, cement deep mixing, PVD installation, and especially the vacuum consolidation method. Especially since 2013, FECON has pioneered the application of new methods to construction projects in Vietnam such as Dynamic Compaction, Jet Grouting, Shaft Grouting, Vacuum consolidation, etc.

Furthermore, to serve soil improvement, our FECON Miltec factory in Long An province manufactures high-quality pre-fabricated vertical drains (PVD) with a capacity of 4.000.000m/month.

4. Basement and Sub-structures construction

In our journey of "listen to the Earth", along with the advantages in the construction of bored piles and D-walls, FECON is currently developing intensively into the basement and sub-structure for skyscrapers in civil and industrial construction.
