With over 20 years of experience in construction foundation handling industry, he is the founder, laying the foundation and building the development strategy of FECON. Graduating with a Master's degree in Soil Mechanics, Foundations, Underground Works, he spent a number of important positions at State Corporations such as Licogi, TEDI before founding FECON and developing the Company until today. In 2014, he was honored in the Top 10 typical entrepreneurs of Vietnam (Red Star Award).

He has over 20 years of experience in construction foundation processing industry. Graduated from Civil Engineering Engineering - Geotechnical Engineering at Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, he is a founding member of the Company. He makes an important contribution to FECON's equipment management and construction capacity development. With experience in management and administration, he currently holds the position of Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Thai Hoa graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from CEIBS University, Shanghai. He has more than 10 years of experience as a Senior Advisor and Strategy Director for the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, large corporations such as Schneider Electric, FPT, VNPT, VNDirect... He is currently a Senior Advisor to the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Science and Technology Strategy Board for the Vietnam Petroleum Institute.

Mr. Ha Cuu Long graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Hanoi University of Pharmacy. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam An Pharmaceutical Trading Joint Stock Company since 2003. He has been a member of FECON's Board of Supervisors since the company's establishment (2004) until 2012 and has been a member of FECON's Board of Directors from 2013 to 2019. With his experience in management and operation, he has contributed a lot to the management, control and development strategy of FECON since its inception.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 10 years of experience in managing and implementing construction projects in Vietnam, especially projects with foreign elements. Joining FECON Group in 2011, he held the position of Sales Director, making important contributions to the business development, customer growth, and business capacity of FECON. In October 2017, he was appointed COO of FECON. From 2018 to July 2024, he held the position of CEO of FECON. Now, he is a member of the Board of Directors of FECON Corporation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong graduated from the National Economics University with a major in Auditing. She has over 10 years of experience in independent auditing and internal auditing at large enterprises. She is currently Head of Internal Control Department - FECON Joint Stock Company.

As a Master of Economics in Accounting at the Financial Academy, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh has 6 years of experience in auditing at international financial auditing and consulting companies such as IFC, AFC, PKF. At present, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh is holding the position of Internal Auditor - Internal Control Board of the Parent Company and has joined the Board of Supervisors since 2019.

Mr. Truong Van Binh has a Bachelor of Laws. He joined FECON in 2012 and has held the positions of Deputy Head/Head of Legal Department - Secretary.

Mr. Binh was appointed as Head of Legal Department of FECON Corporation from June 2020 to Now.

From April 2022 to Now, he has held the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of FECON Corporation (FCN).
