Club House – Vung Bau eco-tourism area

In April 2023, FPL Company continued to be trusted by the Investor Lan Anh – Phu Quoc Company Limited to award the contract "Production and construction of test piles, static compression and mass piles 350x350" at Project: "Clubhouse - Vung Bau eco-tourism area", construction site in Cua Can commune, Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province.

The project with a total floor area of ​​80,000 m2 includes resort villa land, resort land (reception area, service area, bungalow, restaurant), hotel, and marine antiques display.

The Project Management Board carried out mass pile construction in the Clubhouse area on April 7. By April 10, the project had transferred machinery and completed the construction of 04 experimental pile. Thanks to the availability of machines and piles transferred from Starbay project, the preparation work was quite quick and convenient.

On May 15, FPL signed an additional Contract Appendix "Adjustment of pile cross-section and pile pressing load", bringing the total Contract value to 17.5 billion VND. By May 26, FPL completed phase 1 including 487/487 piles 350x350. Although there are many difficulties due to the very urgent progress requested by the investor and the continuous rainy season in Phu Quoc, FPL will try to complete the project in early July 2023. This is one of the potential tourism development projects that FPL has participated in.
