FECON Joint Stock Company (FECON) has once again demonstrated excellence by securing its position as a leading workplace in Vietnam. At the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024 awards ceremony, organized by Anphabe on November 19, 2024, FECON retained its top ranking in the Architecture - Construction sector for mid-sized enterprises.
At this year's Best Workplaces in Vietnam awards ceremony, organized by Anphabe, FECON reaffirmed its strong market position by securing the top spot for the second consecutive year in the Architecture - Construction sector for mid-sized enterprises. Additionally, the company made a significant leap, climbing seven places from 2023 to rank 63rd in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam for mid-sized enterprises.
Mr. Phạm Văn Giang, Head of Human Resources at FECON, represented the company in receiving the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024 certification, awarded by Anphabe.
The survey results were compiled from over 65,000 experienced professionals and more than 700 enterprises, conducted independently by INTAGE Vietnam, one of the country's leading market research firms.
Over two decades of development, this achievement is a testament to FECON’s relentless efforts in implementing human resource management policies and strengthening its corporate culture to leverage its internal strengths.
