"Le Van Luong  Underpass project was one of the key projects of the city, aiming to resolve conflicts in intersections, reduce traffic congestion and complete the traffic infrastructure of the capital", said representative of FECON – one of three contractors of this project.

“The project has many items located deep underground, construction is very complicated so we take advantage of dry weather to speed up the process” the representative added".

“Construction during the epidemic period requires the workers comply with the regulations on prevention of COVID-19 such as wearing mask, measuring body temperature before entering the site. In particular, during the construction process, the workers keep their distance, for difficult items, divide 2 people into one construction group”, Mr. Dang Tuan, Site Manager (SM) of this project said.

After Le Van Luong underpass is completed, the intersection will have a total of 10 lanes in the direction of Le Van Luong – To Huu and vice versa, instead of the current 8 lanes, contributing to solving traffic conflicts at this intersection, gradually completing Hanoi transport infrastructure system.
