FECON Group has officially announced the new package "Design and construction of roads and infrastructure for the Lach Huyen 5, 6 port project", which is invested in by HATECO Group as the main contractor. The contract signing ceremony for this project took place this morning, on January 27th, in Hanoi.

In this capacity, FECON will be responsible for designing and constructing main roads, secondary roads, branch roads, and maintenance roads; constructing ERTG beams and container beams; and building rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, domestic water supply, and firefighting systems. Additionally, FECON will be responsible for constructing the electrical foundations. The total pre-tax contract value for this package is 781 billion VND.

After completing the "Cement Reinforced Soil Pile - CDM" package worth 383.1 billion VND using RAS COLUMN construction technology, FECON has been selected by the investor HATECO for their next project.

Pham Viet Khoa, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at FECON Group, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to continue working with HATECO. "FECON will leverage maximum resources and utilize cutting-edge technologies acquired from our partner RAITO KOGYO (Japan), alongside a highly qualified team, to ensure the progress. It will contribute to the operation of the project by the first quarter of 2025", Mr Khoa stated.

According to Mr. Hoang Dinh Tuan, General Director of HATECO Group, the construction of roads and infrastructure is one of the most crucial aspects of the Lach Huyen 5, 6 port project. As a result, HATECO Group has selected FECON, a leading and reputable contractor, to join in this undertaking. Mr. Tuan stated, "Having demonstrated their capacity in previous ground treatment projects, we are confident that FECON will continue to work with the utmost sense of responsibility to complete the package on time and fully satisfy labor safety and environmental sanitation requirements."

The development of ports No. 5 and 6 at the Lach Huyen International Port is not just a foundation for the partnership between FECON and HATECO; it's also a chance for FECON to showcase its ability to build seaport infrastructure and inland waterway projects in the future.
