FECON BREAKS GROUND ON FECON IP HOA YEN INDUSTRIAL PARK

On the morning of April 3, FECON officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the FECON IP Hoa Yen Industrial Park project in Bac Ninh. This is one of the company’s key projects, marking a significant milestone in FECON’s strategic expansion into industrial park infrastructure development.

The FECON IP Hoa Yen project spans 256.68 hectares and has a total investment of over VND 3.7 trillion. Developed under a modern, fully integrated infrastructure master plan, the project aims to establish a high-quality industrial park that meets the increasingly stringent demands of domestic and international investors alike. Its infrastructure is designed to high standards, with a strong focus on connectivity, operational efficiency, and sustainable development.

Previously, FECON had developed the FECON IP Hiep Hoa project, establishing a solid foundation of experience in the development, management, and operation of industrial parks. The continued investment in the Hoa Yen project underscores FECON’s determination to scale up its operations, enhance its capabilities, and deepen its participation in the industrial infrastructure value chain - an area expected to sustain strong growth in the years ahead.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Muon Van Chien, CEO of FECON Investment Corporation, stated that the FECON IP Hoa Yen project is not only a strategic step for FECON Group but also reflects its commitment to accompanying the local socio-economic development. Once operational, the industrial park is expected to generate significant employment opportunities, drive industrial growth, increase state budget revenues, and enhance the region’s overall competitiveness.
