Expanding on this result, FECON is increasingly moving deeper into the energy sector when it joins a joint venture with a foreign partner, Ecotech, to invest more than VND 1,420 billion in the Quoc Vinh Soc Trang Wind Power Plant in the first phase with a capacity of 30 MW. The official commercial operation date (COD) of the Quoc Vinh Soc Trang Wind Power Plant is October 29, 2021.
