Soil improvement and waterproofing are among the most important areas in underground construction that ensure quality and lengthen the project life. Currently, FECON is applying numerous methods of soil improvement and waterproofing in underground works such as:

• Jet grouting technology
• Chemical grouting technology
• Tam grouting technology
• CDM technology (Cement Deep Mixing)

FECON has become the first Vietnamese contractor to successfully apply the three-phase Jet grouting technology with large diameters to execute CDM piles up to 3,5m in diameter at Metro Line 1 (Ho Chi Minh City).
