FPL won the bid for the Kiss Bridge - Phu Quoc project

On April 20, 2023, FPL signed a new project contract in Phu Quoc about the waterport named " Kiss Bridge" with Item: Construction of De Quai reinforcement. The project is located in An Thoi ward, Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province. Here, FPL will cast and install breakwater blocks to protect De Quai, construction progress within 150 days with a total contract value after tax of approximately 60 billion VND. The "Kiss Bridge" project is expected to start construction on May 10, 2023 after logistics, site handover, etc. are completed.

To ensure the progress committed to the partner contractor, FPL mobilized 9 personnel from the Project Management Board with good professional experience and 12 workers to directly construct the breakwater block, and at the same time, workers conducted casting breakwater components in the production casting area on land, along with 03 1200-ton barges, 02 120-ton chain cranes and 02 push boats.

The weather in May begins to enter the rainy and stormy season in Phu Quoc. We hope that the staff at the Project will have good health and strong will to face the storms on the Pearl Island, bringing the Project to reach the finish line on time and safely.
