FECON officially changes the company's name

FECON has finished final procedures in business registration office to change the Company's name from "FECON FOUNDATION ENGINEERING AND UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION JSC" to "FECON CORPORATION" (FECON CORP). The new company's name is officially coming into force on May 06 2016.

At the annual general shareholder meeting on April 23,  FECON planned to change its name to FECON Corporation, as it planned to diversify from its core business of foundation engineering and underground construction. FECON, now seeks to expand into the infrastructures of urban areas, the environment and energy so that it can become one of the leading infrastructure firms by 2020.

""Name "FECON FOUNDATION ENGINEERING AND UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION JSC" has not currently covered the entire business areas which FECON is focusing, including:  transport infrastructure, energy infrastructure and environment infrastructure," said Chaiman Pham Viet Khoa
