COMMENCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE QUANG NINH PROVINCE POLICE HEADQUARTERS, WITH JV FECON - HJC - AN HẠ HANAGASHI AS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR

On 7th March 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Headquarters Construction Investment Project (Headquarters 1) took place in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City. General To Lam, a member of the Politburo Committee on Anti-corruption, and the Minister of Public Security attended the ceremony.

The Quang Ninh Provincial Police Headquarters project consists of 1 basement and 13.5 floors. The total contract amount for the project is 796 billion VND. The general contractor for the project is a joint venture of FECON, HJC, and An Ha Hanagashi. FECON's portion of the work is around 400 billion VND. 

Quang Ninh Provincial Police Headquarters is a significant project identified by FECON in 2024. As a member of the JV in this project, FECON commits to implementing the project with the highest determination, focusing on technical equipment and machinery, strictly implementing processes and regulations, ensuring labor safety, and completing this project with high quality and on schedule required by the Investor.
