On the morning of June 9th, in Pho Yen City, Thai Nguyen Province, the FECON Pho Yen Joint Stock Company, a member of FECON Investment Joint Stock Company (FECON Invest), officially began the Nam Thai Urban Area Project covering an area of 24.68 hectares with a total investment of about 2,250 billion VND.
The Nam Thai Urban Area project (24.6 hectares) is commercially known as Square City. It is the first project to attract extra-budgetary resources and begin work in the planned Nam Thai Urban Area Complex (195 hectares), designed by Thai Nguyen province to develop a civilized and modern urban area. This development aims to promote the locality's ability to attract investment capital and support socio-economic development. Square City has a prime location.

The project is in a prime location in Pho Yen City, Thai Nguyen Province, and is connected to the regional traffic axis, linking the provinces of Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, and Tuyen Quang. It also connects to Ring Road 5 of the Hanoi Capital Region and other routes currently being upgraded and invested in, with a total value of thousands of billions of VND.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Muon Van Chien, General Director of FECON Invest, mentioned that Pho Yen is a new city with great potential to attract investment capital from large corporations, especially those with foreign investment loans. He highlighted the Samsung factory in Yen Binh Industrial Park as a significant factor in promoting real estate development in the area. Pho Yen aims to create a favorable and friendly investment environment, especially for large investors with financial capacity, brand reputation, influence, and professional project development.

FECON Invest is the pioneering investor behind the 195-hectare Nam Thai Urban Area complex in Thai Nguyen. This project will play a vital role in attracting investment to the city. The Square City Urban Area Project aims to create a modern urban area along a bustling boulevard and establish a new administrative center for Pho Yen.
The Square City Urban Area will focus on the comprehensive construction of technical infrastructure systems. It will include commercial construction areas, mixed-use commercial service apartments, and 573 adjacent residential lots with frontage along regional-level roads and main landscape roads. The total implementation cost is at around 2,250 billion VND, with the project scheduled for 2022 to 2026.
FECON Pho Yen Joint Stock Company, as the project investor, not only focuses on commercial projects but also harmoniously combines design elements such as a green campus, internal walking paths, parking lots, etc., to create a friendly and safe living environment.
The goal is to develop the Square City Urban Area into a green, modern, smart, technological, and livable urban area in this region and neighboring provinces.
