We begin this edition with news regarding the strengthening of the Company's management team.

On June 15, 2026, FECON Piling and Construction Joint Stock Company held an official ceremony to announce and present appointment decisions for two management positions. This milestone marks another step in strengthening the organizational structure, enhancing management capability, and meeting the Company's development requirements in the new stage.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Tran Trong Thang, Member of the Board of Directors; together with the Company's Executive Board, including Mr. Bui Mon Bach, General Director; Mr. Dinh Anh Tuan and Mr. Le Luu Xuan Hung, Deputy General Director; as well as department managers and deputy managers across the Company.

During the ceremony, the Company's leadership officially announced the following appointments:

• Mr. Vu Ngoc Trong was appointed Head of Equipment Management Department.
• Mr. Le Manh Cuong was appointed Head of Project Management Department.

Both appointees are highly experienced professionals who have grown within the FECON and FPL. Over the years, they have served in various positions and made significant contributions to the Company's development. With 13 to 20 years at FECON and FPL, Mr. Vu Ngoc Trong and Mr. Le Manh Cuong have deeply embraced the FECON culture. Guided by humility, responsibility, enthusiasm, discipline, and a spirit of wholehearted dedication, they are fully prepared to take on their new responsibilities with determination and commitment.

In his remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Chairman of the Board of Directors, acknowledged the dedication, responsibility, and continuous efforts demonstrated by the newly appointed managers. He also expressed his confidence that, in their new roles, they would continue to leverage their professional expertise, leadership capabilities, and pioneering spirit to lead their departments toward successfully achieving the Company's strategic objectives.

Also speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Mon Bach, General Director, congratulated the two newly appointed managers and emphasized the critical importance of equipment management and project management in ensuring the Company's operational efficiency and business performance. He expressed his confidence that, with their extensive practical experience, dedication, and strong sense of responsibility, both leaders would continue to make meaningful contributions to the sustainable growth of FPL and the FECON Group.

On behalf of the newly appointed managers, Mr. Vu Ngoc Trong and Mr. Le Manh Cuong expressed their sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for their trust and confidence. They also pledged to devote their utmost efforts, uphold their professional competence and sense of responsibility, and work closely with their teams to successfully accomplish all assigned objectives.

The strengthening of the Company's management team is not only a recognition of the outstanding contributions made by these individuals, but also reflects FPL's strong commitment to developing a capable leadership pipeline with solid professional expertise and strong management competence to meet the Company's increasingly demanding development goals in the years ahead.
