FECON COOPERATES WITH STAVIAN INDUSTRIAL METAL

On December 27, FECON Group signed a Cooperation Agreement for mutual development with Stavian Industrial Metal - a company under Stavian Group. The signing ceremony marked an important milestone in the cooperation process between the two parties, aiming at future business development in general and professional development in the industrial materials industry.   

Attending the ceremony, on FECON's side, were the Chairman of the Board of Directors Pham Viet Khoa, Deputy General Director Nguyen Thanh Tung, and Deputy General Director Do Manh Cuong. On Stavian Industrial Metal's side, were the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Industrial Metal Nguyen Minh Tu, and Finance Director Nguyen Thi Le Hoa.   

According to the agreement, the two units plan to cooperate, build, and develop business within 36 months. Stavian Industrial Metal will prioritize supporting the connection between FECON and construction projects invested by Stavian Group or partners/members of Stavian Group based on fair competition in price and quality. In addition, Stavian Industrial Metal will also support promoting cooperation between FECON and Stavian Group to develop investment in Industrial Parks, logistics centers, and other Infrastructure projects.   

In addition, with projects and construction contracts that FECON could participate as a contractor, FECON will prioritize using iron, steel, and metal products provided by Stavian Industrial Metal based on fair competition in price and quality. The two sides also expressed their desire to work together to seek cooperation opportunities to cross-sell each other's products and contribute value to the customer ecosystem of the parties.  

The two sides also agreed to cooperate closely in business opportunities and large construction investment projects to jointly offer comprehensive solutions along the supply chain from input supply, and output consumption to optimal financial structure, mutually beneficial to all parties involved. This cooperation agreement is expected to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of both sides. Along with the opportunities, the problem for FECON and Stavian Industrial Metal is to perfect management capacity, coordination process, and construction quality/product quality to meet the cooperation standards of the partner. This is also an opportunity for the two businesses to learn from the partner's experience, opening favorable conditions for both sides to promote their strength, and creating a premise to approach new markets. Signing a cooperation agreement with one of the prestigious and large-scale industrial metal material suppliers Stavian Industrial Metal affirms the sustainable development orientation based on constantly improving the quality of each project that FECON implements.
