STARTING CONSTRUCTION OF SLUC - TOSHIN PROJECT

The SLUC project, located at plot C1-CC1, Tay Ho Tay Urban Center – Phase 1, in Co Nhue 1 Ward and Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, officially commenced on November 10, 2024. This event marks an important milestone in the collaboration between FECON/FPL and SLUC Company Limited (Toshin) – Japan.

Previously, on October 11, 2024, FPL officially signed the contract for the “SL Urban Complex” project with Toshin Development through the parent company, with a contract value of nearly 80 billion VND. The project includes key components such as preliminary works, test piling, mass piling, and diaphragm wall construction. The project is expected to be completed within 140 days.

The sunny weather brought excitement and anticipation for a promising start, with the presence of representatives from the Investor Toshin, led by Mr. Shinsuke Osada, Project Director; representatives from Artelia, the project management consultant; Core Asia, the supervision consultant; as well as the leadership team and engineers from FPL.

The groundbreaking ceremony proceeded smoothly. After the formalities, the contractor escorted representatives from the Investor and consultants on a site tour to view the construction areas that will be developed in the coming period. This allowed all parties to understand the current site condition and the implementation plan, laying a foundation for effective coordination in the upcoming phases.
