MANAGER SUMMIT 2023 ENDS WITH MANY LESSONS IN THE MINDSET OF LEADERS AND MANAGERS OF FECON CORPORATION

On August 16th and 17th, Manager Summit 2023 (MS 2023) – hosted by FECON Corporation, took place and gave many impressive lessons to all of the participants in the event.

In MS 2023, 128 FECON's leaders and managers attended. Unlike the previous MS sessions, MS 2023 was implemented with the theme "Coaching skills to change leadership behavior." Expert Loan Van Son guided the theme in the form of a training course. Lasted in 2 days, the course focused on coaching FECON's leaders and managers to find out the "blind spot" of 4 commonly encountered blind spots, including: Win/lose; Enhance self-worth/lower the value of others; Impose/dislike to be imposed; True/False (for yourself).

From the above "blind spots," expert Loan Van Son has devised methods for each individual to overcome their limitations. However, Mr. Son also affirmed that the "blind spot" is not completely bad: "In each specific period, the "blind spot" can be a strength that motivates us to make efforts and develop. However, if the "blind spot" is not detected and adjusted, it can pull us back to the beginning".

When discussing the issue of "blind spots," Mr. Son also said: "In a person's life, one or many blind spots can occur at the same time or in each specific period. Those come from special events or incidents happening in each life. Therefore, being awake and constantly "coaching" yourself is necessary to detect in time.

In addition, MS 2023 also provides participants with skills to "coach" the employees, creating understanding and consensus when coordinating to build and train the next team for FECON.

Within two working days, MS 2023 also devotes a working session in the afternoon of August 17 to provide training on "FECON Cultural Spirit" to all employees of the Group. The program is conducted in the form of internal live-streaming under the guidance of Mr. Son. Specifically, at this session, FECON's employees, for the first time, had access to the "FECON Cultural Integration Notebook," which refers to the 5 Core Values of FECONers with 5 ultimate behavioral principles and 15 specific expressions. 15 particular expressions was a guideline to help FECONers build a strong FECON culture and a solid foundation for production and business activities together in the future.

Manager Summit is an annual event hosted by FECON to connect leadership and management teams in the system. At the same time, the event is also an opportunity for FECON to directly acknowledge the limitations and questions in the project operation process to find solutions to solve the problems. Besides, MS 2023 once again affirms FECON's point of view of training and fostering a more robust and more elite human resource team because with FECON, "People are the most valuable asset."
