The project "Tourism service area along the Han River" (B4 Tran Thi Ly) of Investor Sun Group was started construction by FECON Piling and Construction Joint Stock Company (FPL) from July 2023 with package “Construction of bored piles, diaphragm walls and Kingpost”. Total contract value is 75 billion VND, construction progress within 75 days.

Up to now, the project has been under construction for 60 days. With a team of personnel including 12 engineers of project management board and 13 machine drivers, 01 Equipment Management Engineer, 01 Repairman and 01 Surveyor, all of them have completed more than 70% of total workload.

At Building B4.1, FPL has completed 100% of the work volume on October 20, 2023 with 221/221m of guide wall construction, 104/104 bored piles, 44/44 diaphragm wall panels and 1/1 tower crane pile. Currently, equipment and supplies in this area have been completely mobilized.

In Building B4.2 area, FPL has completed 50% of the bored pile construction volume (34/65 piles), 18% of the diaphragm wall construction volume (7/33 panels) and 177/177m of guide wall construction volume.

Although facing many difficulties due to the very urgent progress requested by the Investor, weather conditions in Da Nang are not favorable, often with prolonged rain, making the ground muddy, badly affecting movement and construction. But with efforts and long-term battle experience, the Project Management Board is still confident that they will finish the remaining Building Area B4.2 of the Project on November 20 according to the assigned schedule.

Tourism service area along the Han River” project once again affirms the capacity and fosters more experience for FPL in the field of Bored Pile and Diaphragm Walls Construction. FPL is confident and ready to undertake larger bidding packages in this field across all parts of the country.
