FPL WINS CONTRACT FOR SUN CENTRO TOWN PROJECT – EXTENDING ITS PRESENCE IN THE "HEART OF HA LONG"

Recently, FPL Company continued to mark a new milestone by winning the bid for the package 'Supplying Materials and Constructing Bored Piles for CT2 Tower' with a total value of 163 billion VND, part of the Sun Centro Town project, located within the Ha Long Ocean Park complex in Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province.

The Investor for this project is Ha Long Sun Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Sun Group. As per the contractual agreement, FPL Company's scope of work includes the construction of bored piles with D1500, D1200, and D800 diameters. The large-scale piling works are set to start on October 01, 2025, with an anticipated completion date in June 2026.

Right after the signing ceremony, FPL deployed five modern bored piling rigs, supported by a contingent of proficient engineers, workers, subcontractors, and work groups. The entire team is committed to ensuring the project reaches its safe conclusion, adhering strictly to the schedule and maintaining quality standards.

The Sun Centro Town project constitutes a core element of the Ha Long Ocean Park complex, which is a symbolic tourism and resort destination for the Northeast area. Nevertheless, the work is constrained by complicated Karst geological structures, presenting significant challenges to the bored piling execution. This undertaking, therefore, represents a crucial opportunity for FPL Company to further demonstrate its outstanding construction competence and its resolve in overcoming diverse ground conditions.
