FCI Road Construction One-member Co., Ltd. (FCI Road), formerly known as FECON-BMT Joint Stock Company on the basis of capital contribution from two major shareholders, FECON Infrastructure Joint Stock Company and BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company ( BMT). In order to integrate the resources of the two units in service of construction of transport infrastructure works with the most advanced technology, especially Asphalt road and concrete structure products, on December 11, 2017, FCI has officially completed the transfer of the entire capital contribution of BMT and owns 100% of the capital, and changed the name of FECON-BMT Joint Stock Company to FCI Road Construction One Member Company Limited.
