Commencement of “The tourism service area along the Han River” project

At the beginning of the third quarter of 2023, in the context of a particularly difficult construction market, FPL still affirmed their capabilities by continuously winning bids for key projects in Phu Quoc and Da Nang. Specifically, on July 13, 2023, FPL was honored to be trusted by Investor Sun Group to award the contract for The tourism service area along the Han River Project (B4 Tran Thi Ly) - mass pile construction item (piles bored drilling), diaphragm wall and Kingpost with contract value of nearly 75 billion VND, construction progress of 75 days.

On August 6, 2023, the project groundbreaking ceremony was held with the participation of representatives of Sun Group Da Nang Project Management Board (PMB), all construction supervisors of Cosmo - Panama Project Management Board, representatives of Board of Directors of FPL and the entire The project management board members, drivers, and workers with exciting atmosphere to bring the project to the finish line on time. To complete the project, FPL mobilized 01 wall scraper, 02 drilling machines, 04 crawler cranes, 02 excavators along with a workforce including 15 Executive Board engineers, 24 drivers, electricians, welders, repairmen and 60 workers.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Van - Project Manager said: "Because the construction time was in the middle of the summer, the sun was hot, the weather conditions were difficult, and the project progress was required to complete in a very short time, so the PMB members had to focus on high level, devoting all efforts to ensuring construction follows schedule, complying with construction methods, ensuring project quality, anticipating and controlling maximum risks. Interaction between PMB and The Management Board at the project is quite good and favorable, this will help the construction work at the project go more smoothly."
