FPL constructed project of headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province

The project to build the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province is one of the key projects, of great importance in improving the administrative infrastructure of Khanh Hoa province, with a total investment capital of more than 544.6 billion VND.

From April 19, 2024 to April 26, 2024, the Project has completed construction of 5/5 experimental pile centers. This is an important step to ensure the quality and durability of the project.

It is expected that from June 1, 2024, Project Executive Board will begin mass pile construction with a total of 405 piles. The mass pile construction is planned to be completed within 1 month, with an average of 7 pile cores per machine per day and night to ensure progress.

Specific difficulties:

Complex geology: The terrain has a lot of sand and a high water table, requiring special and precise construction techniques

The staff does not have much experience in construction in these specific geological and environmental conditions.

Living costs and construction material costs are high, increasing the total cost of the project.

Although encountering many difficulties and challenges, under the effective leadership and coordination of Project Executive Board along with close cooperation between relevant parties, especially Investor Vinhomes, the project is expected to be successful. Hopefully it will be completed on schedule and with high quality.
