FPL is trusted by the investor of Hoa Binh 5 project to award the next bidding package

At "Hoa Binh 5 Wind Power Plant project (phase 1)", after one month of implementing the package Supply and piling works at the site with a value of VND 83 billion, FPL  was trusted by the investor of Hoa Binh Wind Power Plant project (HACOM Bac Lieu Energy Joint Stock Company) to award the next bidding package "HB5 - XL03: Turbine foundation construction" in May 2021 with a value of 65 billion VND. In this package, FPL undertakes the construction of 13 turbine foundations, construction schedule is 4 months.

Hoa Binh 5 Wind Power Plant Project (Phase 1) is located in Vinh Hau and Vinh Thinh Communes, Hoa Binh District, Bac Lieu Province, invested by HACOM Bac Lieu Energy Joint Stock Company with a total investment amount 3,200 billion VND. The project has a capacity of 80MW, built on 32ha with 26 wind turbine towers, capacity from 3.0 - 3.3 - 4.2 MW/turbine, over 140m high. This is the largest wind power project on land in the Mekong Delta region in the field of using clean energy sources to produce electricity. When officially put into operation and power generation in October 2021, Hoa Binh 5 Wind Power Plant will provide an average power output of over 280 million kWh/year.

The continuous award of different bidding packages from the same Investor is a happy and exciting signal, proving the potential and prestige of FPL with the Investor and in the construction market in the past time as well. such as creating a firm trust for our partners and customers.
The Board of Directors of FPL has committed: "With the capacity, brand, experience, equipment and core human resources, FPL commits to execute the project on schedule, the work meets the technical and artistic quality. ; ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, security and order at the construction site”. The completion of the project as committed will help FPL further improve the scale and construction capacity of wind power plant projects.

Up to now, FPL has completed the construction of 1 pillar and opened the foundation of the next 3 pillars. It is expected that by the end of June 2021, FPL will complete 6/13 foundation pillars.
