Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant Project on these brilliant spring days

In late December 2021, FPL officially signed Vung Ang 2 BOT Thermopower Plant Project Contract with the total value of the contract is 57 billion VND. This thermal power project has gross investment over 2,2 billion dollar under the BOT mode which is invested by Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Limited Liability Company (VAPCO). The project has a construction site located in Ky Loi Commune, Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province. In this thermal power project, FPL undertakes the construction of PHC piles and bored piles.

Right after receiving this package, FPL’s Directors and PM board of construction have accelerated action for necessary preparations. The equipments and machineries including main drilling machine, crane, excavator,... are brought to the construction site, human resources are prioritized for the project as well. Furthermore, project’s budget plan and improving the raw material supplying are also emphasized to ensure meet all the strict requirements of Doosan Investor.

Until now, FPL has put 3 drilling and drop production lines into operation, constructing 69 piles under conditions of ceaseless rain. The Project Management Board is continuing to transfer 1 more drilling construction line to the project to carry out the next work.

In addition to the Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant project, in the early spring of Nham Dan 2022, FPL also focuses all resources to simultaneously launch the range of other projects: VinFast Vung Ang Complex; Project of Ecological Urban Area Dream city Hung Yen; Grand World Phu Quoc project; South Song Ma resort urban area and amusement park project; Sun Phu Quoc Stage Project; National Bright Innovation Center Project; Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Production Complex Project with the total value of the bidding packages is 110 billion VND.
