FPL held the topping out ceremony of the Hong Yun Hotel and Amusement Park project

In the morning of April 22, 2021, FECON Pilling & Construction Joint Stock Company (FPL-The Contractor) and Hong Van Hotel Joint Stock Company (the Owner), held the topping-out ceremony of the project “Hong Van Hotel and Amusement Park - Auxiliary Building No. 01 ”in Zone 1, Ka Long Ward, City Mong Cai, Quang Ninh province. The ceremony started from 06:00, with the participation of leaders of both Company, PMU and Vietnam Urban Consulting Joint Stock Company (Consultant) and engineers at the site. 

The project "Hong Van Hotel and Amusement Park - Auxiliary Building No. 01" is construction of a 10-storey building with a total floor area of 10,000 square meters. FPL takes on the role of General contractor. This project was started on October 14, 2020, after 6 months of construction process, up to now, the Hong Van Hotel and Amusement Park project has entered the stage of completion. This is the product demonstrating FPL's commitment to the investor in ensuring the progress, quality, safety and efficiency of the project.

Up to now, FPL has completed the construction of the raw part of the project and entered important items. The time to complete the project is not so far, but with the determination to hand over the project to the investor with the best quality. FPL has been focusing on speeding up the construction progress of the project's work items.

It is expected that September 15, 2021 this project will be handed over and put into use with the best quality. Not only with "Hong Van Hotel and Amusement Park Project" but for all other projects under construction, FPL always commits: construction to ensure progress, quality, engineering - art , strictly comply with the regulations on labor safety, fire prevention and fighting and environmental sanitation to meet the highest requirements of the Clients.
